Position Overview We're hiring a
Lead Line Cook to be a key player in our kitchen during service and beyond. In this role, you'll not only execute dishes with precision and speed but also help lead the line, support kitchen organization, and set the standard for consistency and quality.
The ideal candidate has strong experience on the line, knows how to stay cool under pressure, and is excited to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and support the line during service, ensuring quality, timing, and consistency
- Cook and plate dishes according to recipes, specs, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
- Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and restocking during and after service
- Work closely with the kitchen manager and other cooks to ensure smooth operation
- Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation
- Help train and mentor junior line cooks or prep team members
- Contribute to menu development, specials, and tastings when needed
