JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a hard-working and experienced lead line cook to oversee all food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. The lead line cook’s responsibilities include assisting the head chef in preparing dishes, motivating our line cooks, and ensuring that food items are stored properly. Our ultimate goal for the kitchen is to create the highest quality dishes while ensuring specs are followed correctly and consistently. True dedication and commitment to the guest is required in every role. The person filling this role is someone who wants to drive passion and teach/ train.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past two years of being under Servedwell Hospitality’s ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success. Although we are right on the water, we are a year-round establishment that provides promotional events in all seasons.
