Job description

Junior Accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant for an opportunity that is well suited to recent graduates with an Accounting degree. This role requires no prior experience and focuses on core accounting support across account analysis, variance review, inventory control, and documentation maintenance. The position involves working with balance sheet accounts, factory accounts, general overhead accounts, subledgers, and SAP-supported inventory processes. It also includes support for audit checklists and basic IRA/Tax compliance back-ups. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay rate is $30 to $35 per hour.

What You Will Do?
  • Reconcile balance sheet, factory, and general overhead accounts against subledgers accurately.

  • Update tracking templates, databases, and departmental shared folders as needed.

  • Support audit checklists and basic IRA/Tax compliance back-ups for department needs.

  • Perform additional tasks as required by the department and assigned by management.
