Job description

Company: CrowdVentures

Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to $55,000 (OTE)

CrowdVentures is growing fast, and we're looking for a Junior Operations Associate to join the team.

You'll work hands-on every day: managing inventory, keeping the warehouse organized, testing/managing equipment, coordinating short-term labor crews, and making sure gear gets where it needs to go, on time, every time. You'll get a front-row seat to how a live events company actually operates โ€” and real room to grow as we scale.

What you'll do
  • Manage day-to-day inventory: track stock levels, order supplies, and keep counts accurate
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse so gear is easy to find, prep, and load
  • Operate and maintain various equipment and hardware.
  • Occasionally manage small short-term labor teams for load-ins, load-outs, and prep days
  • Manage shipping and receiving โ€” inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and everything in between
  • Partner closely with our Customer Success Managers and Ops team to make sure every event ships out ready to go
  • Spot and fix small process issues before they become big ones (we want people who take ownership, not just follow a checklist)

What we're looking for
  • Genuinely excited about live events, production, or experiential marketing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping track of a lot of moving pieces at once
  • Comfortable being hands-on and physical โ€” this isn't a role behind a screen all day
  • A team player who can also step up and manage people, even informally, on a busy day
  • Reliable and flexible: event schedules don't always run 9-to-5, so this role requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends around event timelines
  • Bonus points: experience with inventory software, printing/production equipment, or prior warehouse/events work โ€” but not required

Why CrowdVentures
  • Get in early. We're a growing company, and this role is a real entry point โ€” not a dead end. As we scale, so does the opportunity to grow with us into a bigger Ops role.
  • Learn the whole business. You'll work directly with our CSM and Ops leadership, not in a silo, so you'll understand how live events come together end to end.
  • See your work matter. There's no busywork here โ€” everything you touch has a direct, real-time impact on a live event happening in front of real people.

Physical requirements

This role is based in our Brooklyn warehouse and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and occasionally work outside of standard business hours around event schedules.

How to apply

Apply directly through this posting โ€” we review every application personally and will follow up quickly with next steps.

CrowdVentures is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
