Providence, agenzia del gruppo Havas, ricerca per ampliamento dell'organico un/a Junior Helpdesk.

La risorsa, collaborando a stretto contatto con i manager/team si occupera principalmente di dare supporto nelle attivita di:

  • Configurazione device aziendali (iOS e Android);

  • Installazione di programmi per sistemi Windows e Mac;

  • Risoluzione di problemi relativi al Pacchetto Office.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in materie scientifiche come Statistica, Matematica, Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Data Science o affini;

  • Ottima conoscenza Pacchetto Office;

  • Conoscenza degli ambienti Windows e Mac;

  • Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Android e iOS;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo ottime capacita relazionali, pazienza e capacita di lavorare in team.

Si offre: Inserimento in stage: I nostri percorsi hanno durata di 12 mesi con un percorso 6 + 6:
6 mesi 500 + 140 buoni pasto

I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa e raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage.
