Entry-Level IT Support Role – Full Training Provided

Ready to break into the IT field? This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build real technical experience while working alongside an experienced support team.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

·       3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS/IT degree, bootcamp, etc.)

·       Strong interest in expanding technical and hardware support skills

·       Reliable, professional, and eager to learn

·       Solid communication and customer service abilities

·       Must have reliable transportation (Hybrid onsite in Coppell)

🕒 Schedule

We are a 24/7 facility — so while most shifts are standard weekday hours, flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends is a huge plus and may provide

additional opportunities.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true entry-level role with structured training and daily exposure to hands‑on IT work.

You’ll support the team by:

·       Responding to support tickets

·       Assisting users via email, chat, and in‑person support

·       Troubleshooting issues such as:

·       Password resets & login issues

·       WiFi/connectivity problems

·       Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware

·       Working closely with technicians to build strong foundational IT skills

Professionalism, dependability, and strong communication are just as important as technical ability in this role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
