Job description

Objetivo

Ejecutar la oferta de valor tecnica de CEMEX en Puerto Rico mediante soporte en campo, homologacion y optimizacion de mezclas, y validacion de materias primas, contribuyendo a la fidelizacion de clientes y al crecimiento del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte tecnico en campo a clientes concreteros, liderando la homologacion, diseno, ajuste y optimizacion de mezclas de concreto, asi como la validacion de materias primas -especialmente agregados y aditivos- mediante visitas a obras, plantas y laboratorios, con el fin de asegurar el desempeno tecnico, la constructibilidad y el mejor balance costo-beneficio para el cliente y para CEMEX.
  • Coordinar con el equipo comercial la ejecucion de asesorias, pruebas, visitas y actividades tecnicas, alineadas con el plan de oferta de valor para clientes.
  • Capacitar y acompanar tecnicamente a clientes, fortaleciendo la fidelizacion y la percepcion de valor del acompanamiento brindado por CEMEX.
  • Ejecutar demostraciones tecnicas en ferreterias y distribuidores, promoviendo el uso de cemento GU y Tipo N con contratistas, albaniles y personal del punto de venta.
  • Apoyar la continuidad del proceso comercial cuando sea requerido, incluyendo cobertura temporal de vacaciones del equipo comercial y entendimiento integral del proceso de atencion al cliente.
  • Documentar hallazgos, recomendaciones, resultados de pruebas y oportunidades detectadas durante el acompanamiento tecnico.
  • Otras tareas podran ser asignadas por el supervisor directo.

Requisitos:

  • Bachillerato en Ingenieria Civil, Quimico, o materiales.
  • Conocimiento en programas: SAP y Office 365. 
  • Habilidades de Lenguaje: Ingles / Espanol.
  • Conocimiento y aplicacion de normas ACI y ASTM.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por toda la isla.
  • Comunicacion tecnica que genere credibilidad.
  • Disciplina de seguimiento con fuerte presencia en campo.
  • Capacidad analitica y anticipacion.
  • Orientacion al cliente.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con ventas y calidad.

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Se valorara experiencia en diseno, ajuste u optimizacion de mezclas de concreto.
  • Seria un plus el conocimiento practico del comportamiento del concreto, incluyendo variables como bombeo, trabajabilidad y desempeno en obra.
  • Se consideraran perfiles provenientes de la industria de aditivos para concreto como candidatos potencialmente atractivos para la posicion.
