We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. 

Your Mission, as a Staff Bookkeeper is to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities may include: 

Billing

Journal entries

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting 

Work with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. 

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Sales tax and royalties calculations

Financial analysis and variance reporting 

Assisting in budgeting

Internal audits

HUD Compliance 

Process improvements 

Assisting the accounting and property management squads with various projects 

Basic requirements we are seeking: 

Bookkeeping experience desired, not required 

Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel 

Strong verbal and communication skills 

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
