Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. 
Responsibilities 
  • Enter daily financial data and transactions
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
  • Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Productivity and performance tracking
  • Data analysis and variance identification
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in accounting, business administration or finance
  • QuickBooks certified pro advisor, certified bookeeper or certified public bookkeeper
  • 2 plus years experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Demonstrated experience in dispute and bank resolution
  • Advanced expertise in QuickBooks online and standard remote deposit capture banking software
  • Strong Excel skills for manipulating data and building internal productivity reports
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
