Key Responsibilities (Part-Time Bookkeeper):

  • Manage daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Process vendor invoices and customer payments

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing

  • Support payroll and reporting as needed

  • Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phones

  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and management regarding billing or payment inquiries


Qualifications (Part-Time Bookkeeper):
