Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support the accounting department with reconciliations and cash management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, balancing accounts, and ensuring financial records are accurate.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile credit card merchant accounts to cash and resolve outstanding transactions.
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations for one bank with three accounts (two checking and one savings).
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting projects.
  • Research discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong experience with account and bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
