Job description

Our client in Irving is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong QuickBooks experience who enjoys keeping financials organized, supporting operations, and helping a company grow. This role will focus heavily on bookkeeping functions within QuickBooks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cost accounting, and manufacturing industry experience is a huge plus!
Requirements:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Cost accounting experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manufacturing experience required
Hours: Monday-Friday 20-25 hours per week. Potential for hours to increase over time
