GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Job Description


Deliver training in a variety of settings and audience size (e.g.,
classroom, small group, and 1:1) by using presentation and facilitation
skills.
Apply principles of instructional design and adult learning
theory to the design of presentations and assessments in partnership
with Organization Learning team members and functional areas, as
required.
Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems  including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation
System and SAP. 
Support the site Learning Management System (LMS)
by adhering to site standard operating procedures and general cGMPs, as
pertinent. Support the maintenance of inspection readiness status
within the Organizational Learning group.

Qualifications

-BS/BA Degree in related field
-Presentation and facilitation skills.
-Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site
LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.
