Experience : 2- 3 years
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier-1 technical support in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume customer calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory
✔ IT Help Desk Call Center experience
✔ Experience with ticket management and escalation processes
✔ Knowledge of Apple iOS
✔ Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
