Job Summary:
iFAB Corp is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Bilingual Desk Clerk who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, as the primary responsibility is handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, customers, and internal teams
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
