Onsite IT Support

This is an onsite position with the need for travel. This position is not available for sponsorship or visas.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years relevant experience in IT or related degree

Self-starter

Able to communicate with many different people in the organization

Experience troubleshooting both onsite and remote issues

Strong attention to detail with documentation of processes and network topology

Follow best practices for security in an organization

Extensive knowledge of printers

What You’ll Do:Support Windows workstations

Update and maintain malware and antivirus best practices

Manage user accounts and one-time passwords

Repair and replace hardwareTroubleshoot complex technical issues

Write and update network documentation

Implement and upgrade security systems at physical locations
