As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will be the go-to IT resource at the client's office, providing day-to-day technical support for workstations, software, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires a mix of technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide white-glove support to end users.
You'll be part of a larger MSP team but will work independently onsite, collaborating with remote engineers when needed. If you enjoy solving IT issues, working face-to-face with users, and being a key part of a company's technology operations, this is the perfect opportunity!Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite IT support for users at the client's HQ office.
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop/laptop issues, software applications, and basic networking.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 account setup, email issues, and cloud-based applications.
  • Support printers, peripherals, and conference room technology.
  • Handle basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues).
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and complex issues.
  • Document all work performed in the IT ticketing system.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring users feel supported and valued.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience (preferably in an MSP or corporate environment).
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory tasks.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to explain IT solutions to non-technical users.
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives. We are looking for a professional and polished extension of our team within our client's office.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for technology.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Nice to Have):
  • CompTIA A+ or similar IT certifications.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Previous experience working onsite at a client office.
