Job description

EECU is seeking an IT Systems Analyst – Lending with proven experience supporting and optimizing technology solutions within lending and financial services environments. This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems effectively support lending operations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include aligning system functionality with business workflows, supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, and configuring, testing, and implementing technology solutions and updates. The analyst will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline and automate processes, and enhance system performance and user experience. Additional duties include recommending workflow and technical improvements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing system and operational data to support business decisions and reporting needs. Ensuring system stability, security, and data integrity across platforms is essential. Expertise in financial services and lending-related platforms such as Temenos, Symitar, MeridianLink, Clutch, TalkDesk, Synergy, and Vitu is highly desirable.

Location/Schedule:

  • Based in Fort Worth, TX
  • Hybrid schedule with up to 3 days/week at our corporate office in Fort Worth, TX
  • Local Fort Worth, TX and DFW Metroplex candidates only!
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders, developers, and technical teams to define system requirements and technical specifications
  • Analyze workflows, data integrity, and system limitations to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop technical solution proposals, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept models
  • Create technical documentation including system specifications, process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and implementation plans
  • Support architectural design, integration strategies, and technical decision-making
  • Coordinate and execute testing efforts including system integration, regression, and performance testing
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and Level 2/3 technical support
  • Monitor system workflows, logs, and performance to identify and resolve defects or bottlenecks
  • Assist with software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to support new implementations and enhancements
  • Serve as technical platform owner for assigned lending and line-of-business systems
  • Track releases and evaluate upgrades, security patches, and technical debt impacts
  • Help define platform roadmaps and modernization strategies
  • Recommend technology investments and process automation opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and architectural standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience collaborating on the design, implementation, and support of financial software and technology solutions.
  • Experience developing system models, technical specifications, and process workflows.
  • Experience with business process modeling and systems documentation.
  • Financial institution or lending systems experience preferred.
  • Experience in system integrations, SQL reporting, process automation, and technical analysis.

    • TalkDesk
    • Synergy
    • Vitu
  • Experience within financial services or credit unions.

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
