Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams while supporting a growing enterprise ERP environment. This individual will play a key role in gathering requirements, improving business processes, and helping optimize Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support the ongoing optimization of D365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Work with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues, evaluate enhancements, and support system improvements.
  • Assist with testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live support.
  • Support reporting initiatives, Power BI requirements, and data quality improvements.
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and promote adoption of new business processes.
  • Participate in project planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live optimization projects.
  • Strong background gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and documenting business processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of testing, change management, and deployment activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
