Title/Role IT Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
This position needs to be a strong SAP benefits and payroll functional consultant with at least 8 years of
recent SAP configuration experience in the benefits module, 3 of which were public sector based. This
contractor will be leading and completing the complex benefits service requests involving payroll rules and
schemas and functions as well as complex wage type configuration to meet the County''s business
requirements.
A qualified candidate will have very good communication skills along with their technical skills. This
person will be leading requirements gathering sessions and meetings to gather very complex business
requirements, and must have refined communication skills to elicit these requirements from the County
business. We will require excellent documentation skills and knowledge transfer abilities to our
permanent County staff.
They must have a minimum of 8 years experience with the following:
* SAP Benefits, ECC 6.0
* Payroll Configuration
* SAP Payroll Rules and Schemas
* SAP Payroll Functions
* Integration between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance
* SAP Wage Type Configuration
* Business Requirements Gathering and Scoping
* SAP Payroll Business Process Testing
