Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to optimize our enterprise systems and drive process improvements across our business operations. In this role, you will analyze, configure, and provide support for Netsuite, Coupa, Hubsport and other related tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis: Analyze business processes, configuration, master data and workflows, SuiteScripts to identify improvement opportunities within the business systems tools. Process improvement of the existing processes as necessary. Experience in manufacturing with a focus on automotive industry is preferred
  • Domain: Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is preferred with knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
  • Systems administration: Configure and support our ERP business systems software, setup data, test E2E process steps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance. Most of the processes include but are not limited to procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, manufacturing, supply chain including warehouse processes. Knowledge of master data such as n BOM, product configuration, work orders, items etc.
  • Planning Processes: Have a good understanding of planning processes such as MRP, production planning, demand planning, supply planning based on product configuration
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to build SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts, knowledge or experience in SuiteScript development, RestAPI and other related technologies.
  • Systems administration: Configure and support our business systems software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Integration management: Assist in integrating data with other systems (PLM, MES, CRM, etc) and ensure data consistency across platforms. Integration across modules within the ERP system includes WMS with procurement, sales with WMS and finance modules, MRP including both demand and supply planning etc.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, resolve issues and conduct user acceptance testing and training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite ERP system. 
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements, developing custom reports and saved searches as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems. Minimum 2 years of NetSuite ERP is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RestAPI
  • Experience in NetSuite configurations/customization in the area of WMS, Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Finance, MRP and Manufacturing is preferred
  • Understanding of integration tools like Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, being a team player and quick learner
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
