Job Summary: Link Technologies is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Workday ERP system. This role will also assist with Agilysys LMS, InfoGenesis POS, and the Konami Gaming System as needed

Key Responsibilities: Support and administer the Workday system Provide application support across multiple platforms as required Assist with ticket management using ServiceNow Qualifications: Hands on experience with Workday support Working knowledge of ServiceNow Helpdesk Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Preferred: Experience with Agilysys LMS, InfoGenesis POS, and Konami Gaming Systems Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
