  • Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and system resilience
  • Provide escalation support and guidance for complex technical issues
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce actionable reports for leadership
  • Align technology initiatives with HCCU’s strategic goals and member experience objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience managing IT operations, ideally within a financial institution such as a credit union or bank
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Core banking systems and financial services technology
    • IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and enterprise platforms
    • Security principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Independent, critical thinker with a practical and innovative approach

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being:

  • Annual salary range: $90K – $133K (based on experience and skills)
  • Corporate bonus program
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Life and long-term disability insurance
  • Voluntary insurance options
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
  • Participation in Credit Union–sponsored events
