Böhme is a fast-growing, fashion-forward women's apparel brand with a strong retail
footprint and expanding eCommerce business. Built by founders with a strong point of
view and deep customer connection, the brand has historically partnered with overseas
vendors to bring product to life.
We are seeking a Lead Designer to become Böhme's first internal design hire, owning
the creative vision and product direction end-to-end. This role will partner closely with
the founders and collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners (primarily in China)
to elevate product, refine brand identity, and build a more intentional, design-led
assortment.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly entrepreneurial environment and build
the design function from the ground up.
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Applications Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our core business systems. This role sits at the intersection of IT and the business, partnering closely with stakeholders across eCommerce, retail stores, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to ensure our applications are stable, scalable, and aligned to company growth.
You'll manage key platforms, and drive continuous improvement across our application ecosystem.
What You'll Do
  • Own the lifecycle of core business applications (ERP, POS, WMS, HRIS, and key SaaS tools)
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives
  • Lead application roadmap planning aligned with company growth and operational needs
  • Manage system integrations and data flows across platforms (APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions)
  • Oversee application support, incident management, and vendor relationships
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations (including new store openings or channel expansions)
  • Establish and maintain governance processes for change management, testing, and release cycles
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance across applications
  • Build reporting and analytics capabilities in partnership with business teams
  • Develop and document system processes, configurations, and best practices

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing business applications in a retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods environment
  • Strong understanding of systems such as ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, and related integrations
  • Experience with platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience managing vendors, system implementations, and cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, EDI, middleware)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have
  • Experience in apparel, footwear, or multi-location retail environments
  • Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and supply chain workflows
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker)
  • Background in data governance or master data management (MDM)
  • Certifications in project management (PMP) or IT service management (ITIL)
