This individual will lead creative direction and manage the end-to-end production process to ensure high-quality, impactful content that aligns with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Strategy
  • Lead the creative direction and visual storytelling for diverse video projects.
  • Ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance video content while maintaining client brand standards.
  • Stay current on video trends, best practices, and emerging production technologies.
  • Set the project tone and take ownership of tasks as they arise.

Production Management
  • Plan and execute video shoots collaborating with external video production vendors.
  • Manage all stages of post-production, including organizing footage, creating production timelines, and implementing feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Executive Producers, Creative Directors, and Account Directors.
  • Coordinate with external video production vendors and manage post-production partners.

Project Operations & Budgeting
  • Manage creative execution to ensure it works within established budget constraints.
  • Organize and track project assets, including graphics, media, and client-provided materials.
  • Utilize AI-powered video production tools to streamline workflows and support creative ideation.

Client Relations
  • Proactively manage client needs and maintain excellent communication in meetings and via email.
  • Deliver on client requests while offering alternative solutions when scope, budget, or editorial constraints require it.
  • Facilitate client approvals for key elements such as music selections and voiceover.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in video production with strong creative leadership, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Quality Standards: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, impactful video content.
  • Storytelling: Excellent scriptwriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different clients.
  • Strategic Oversight: Demonstrated experience leading the creative direction of diverse projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time and within budget.
  • AI Integration: Experience using AI tools for video storyboarding and work efficiency.
