Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Workstream Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP project management experience, financial systems knowledge, and proven leadership in complex system integration programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP PaPM implementation projects, including environment setup, modeling, testing, and deployment.
Manage cross-functional teams consisting of PaPM SMEs, SAP developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Drive project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and proactive risk and issue management.
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication between business leadership, technical teams, and project sponsors.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage project scope, change requests, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system integration, performance, and evolving business requirements.
Ensure knowledge transfer and user enablement through training and documentation to support long-term solution adoption.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP PaPM or financial/performance management solutions.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
