Duration:         1 Year
Location:         Milan, IL 61264

Shifts:

  • 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST
  • 2nd: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM CST
  • 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST

Key Duties

  • Perform inventory audits and accuracy checks
  • Compile and analyze inventory reports
  • Supervise and guide cycle counters
  • Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies
  • Monitor manufacturing and material processes
  • Prepare and review perpetual inventory reports
  • Support HR administrative processes

Responsibilities

  • Review count cards and adjust inventory
  • Audit adjustments made by coordinators
  • Work with Operations and Inventory teams
  • Reconcile discrepancies and prevent reoccurrence
  • Participate in quarterly inventory audits

EWM Support

  • Support system implementation
  • Coordinate training schedules
  • Help build dashboards and tools

SAP Responsibilities

  • Notify teams of issues (inspection, maintenance, etc.)
  • Research part movements
