• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage inventory audits
• Compile inventory audit requirements
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports
• Supervise and provide work direction to cycle counters and junior analysts
• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions
• Support inventory control and compliance processes
Operational Duties
• Monitor manufacturing and material processes for effectiveness
• Manage Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and cycle counting processes
• Handle disposition of excess material
• Resolve inventory-related questions and issues
• Participate in factory teams to improve inventory turns and accuracy
• Coordinate daily, monthly, and annual inventory audits
• Prepare and review perpetual inventory reports
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
• Support HR-related administrative processes
Inventory Control
• Review count cards and adjust inventory
• Audit inventory adjustments completed by coordinators
• Work with operations and inventory supervisors to ensure point-of-use accuracy
• Reconcile discrepancies and identify root causes
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in quarterly inventory audits
EWM Implementation Support
• Collaborate with SCW team on enhancement launches
• Coordinate training requirements for wage staff
• Schedule and track training completion
• Assist with development of dashboards and reporting tools
SAP Responsibilities
• Notify relevant teams of system or inventory issues
• Perform part movement research and analysis
• Analyze inventory counts and create corrective action tasks
• Resolve mixed bin and exception issues
• Monitor SAP queues for flow and throughput
• Fix queue and RF system issues
• Post and finalize inventory adjustments above threshold levels
Must Have
• Inventory audit and reconciliation experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing or material control processes
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and trends
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to supervise or guide junior staff
Nice to Have
• Experience with SAP or EWM systems
• Dashboard and reporting tool development experience
• Knowledge of warehouse or factory inventory processes
• Experience supporting system implementations

Education
• High school diploma required
