Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
 
Inventory Coordinator Duties:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments based on customer needs
  • Communicate with warehouse teams, client services, and drivers
  • Enter and track shipment and inventory data in SAP
  • Identify and resolve shortages, overages, and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
 
Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
 
Pay: $20.00 per hour
 
Inventory Coordinator Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse administrative or logistics experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems such as SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
