We're looking for a dependable and organized Entry-Level Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our commercial cabinet manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, stockroom, or manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a purchasing and inventory role.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Organize and track inventory and materials
  • Assist with purchase orders and material ordering
  • Monitor inventory levels and help keep materials stocked
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and deliveries
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain records
  • Support production by ensuring materials are available when needed
  • Help keep the warehouse clean and organized

What We're Looking For

  • Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or stockroom experience is helpful but not required
  • Basic computer skills (Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
