About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Associate I to join our warehouse team. In this entry-level role, you'll support inventory handling, control, and documentation in a regulated, temperature-controlled storage environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory receipt, verification, labeling, and documentation of incoming goods.
  • Accurately track item movements within the warehouse system.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive or regulated products.
  • Assist in periodic cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a regulated warehouse setting and follow safety protocols.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory tracking systems.

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience in warehousing, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
