Entry Level Warehouse Associate – Inventory  Full Time.

Schedule: 
  • 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 PM.
  • 2nd shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm-11:30 PM.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in following structured processes, maintaining strong attendance, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
We are specifically looking for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse.
  • Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures.
  • Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.
Audits & Accuracy:
  • Assist with routine inventory audits.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them.
  • Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.
Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Required: Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
