Job description

HIRING – INVENTORY MANAGER

Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-Site)
⏰ Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
$18 – $20 per hour

Retech Solutions is looking for a reliable, hands-on Inventory Manager to join our team.

This is NOT a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, working with products, solving problems, and keeping inventory accurate and organized.

Responsibilities:
• Verify products are correctly sorted and graded
• Add products and inventory into our system
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Work with the warehouse team to improve accuracy
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Print shipping labels and organize outgoing shipments

Requirements:
• Previous inventory or warehouse experience required
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:
• Experience implementing or managing an inventory system
• Forklift experience or certification
