About the Opportunity
As the Inventory Manager at Monin, you will be responsible for overseeing finished goods inventory across warehouse locations to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient product flow, and timely availability for customer orders. This role manages inventory controls, analyzes trends and variances, supports replenishment planning, and partners cross-functionally with warehouse, production, customer service, and supply chain teams to reduce loss, improve accuracy, and optimize inventory performance.

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage finished goods inventory levels across all warehouse sites to support customer demand, operational needs, and timely order fulfillment.

Manage reorder points, inventory capacity, safety time, SKU item card data, customer ship-to codes, and related inventory setup requirements to maintain accurate planning parameters.

Coordinate lateral inventory transfers between warehouse locations to optimize product availability and finished goods flow including variations for seasonality.

Monitor and manage key inventory performance metrics days on hand, inventory turnover, slow-moving items, and inventory trends to support replenishment planning and reduce excess stock.

Plan, execute, and follow up on cycle counts, audits, system updates, and discrepancy corrections to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.

Investigate inventory variances, shrink, waste, and avoidable adjustments; identify root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce loss.

Apply FIFO and FEFO practices to manage product shelf life, support quality standards, and escalate expiration or quality risks before issues arise.

Partner with warehouse and cross-functional teams to improve inventory layout, warehouse organization, inventory controls, product flow, and operational efficiency.

Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, cycle counting, replenishment, and continuous improvement processes.
