THE ROLE

We're looking for someone to help support the sales team and take some of the day-to-day workload off the sales managers so we can stay focused on selling, building relationships, and growing accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain existing accounts
• Make sales and follow-up calls
• Assist with orders and invoices
• Handle basic customer service
• Data entry

THE GOAL

Learn the business and products, help sales managers, manage smaller accounts, generate sales, and grow into a larger sales role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Solid organization skills to manage multiple orders, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, order processing, and record-keeping.

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or order management tools).

• Ability to work on-site in Tamarac, FL, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in sales support, retail, wholesale distribution, or customer service is beneficial.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
