About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a full-time Automotive Inventory Coordinator/Photographer to help dealerships organize, manage, and visually document their vehicle inventory for online listings. Youll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, up-to-date, and ready to attract potential buyers by capturing professional-quality photos, videos, and 360 spins using a company-issued iPhone and app.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working independently, and taking pride in producing clean, consistent results with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

  • Travel between assigned dealerships using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops).
  • Locate, move, and stage vehicles for inventory checks and photography.
  • Verify vehicle details and apply window labels to ensure accurate online listings.
  • Capture professional photos, 360 spins, and videos with a company-issued iPhone and app.
