indiGO Auto Group's Porsche Marin's dealership is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!
This role works directly with the sales and management team and offers hands-on exposure to inventory management and vehicle acquisition. For the right candidate, it can serve as a strong entry point into a long-term career in automotive sales, inventory management, or dealership operations.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
  • Move, organize, stage, and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory throughout the dealership lot and showrooms
  • Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, displays, and test drives
  • Inspect vehicles for damage prior to parking and customer delivery, and report any findings to management immediately
  • Receive vehicles from transportation companies and process related paperwork as needed
  • Help ensure inventory is accurately represented online and in internal dealership systems
  • Assist managers with inventory audits, physical inventory, vehicle locations, keys, and documentation
  • Support the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles by researching vehicles and assisting with the buying process
  • Pick up, transport, fuel, and move dealership vehicles with care and responsibility
  • Learn and utilize dealership inventory, appraisal, and CRM software
  • Check keys in and out of the appropriate key box machine
  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
