Entry Level Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our IT and construction project teams. This is a great opportunity to learn about warehouse operations, IT asset tracking, and project logistics in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment handling, inventory software, and cross-team coordination.
What You'll Learn and Do:
  • Help track inventory and equipment across different projects-from delivery to storage to installation.
  • Assist in maintaining updated inventory records for client hardware and internal project materials.
  • Support the onboarding/offboarding process by preparing and retrieving IT equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.).
  • Organize and label IT gear and help keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.
  • Assist in preparing and shipping materials to job sites or client offices.
  • Work with vendors to confirm shipment updates and track incoming orders.
  • Help conduct inventory checks and reconcile records.
  • Use inventory tools/software to update logs and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and field techs on logistics planning.
What We're Looking For:
  • Interest in IT operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Some exposure to tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software is a plus.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
