Job description

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills.


Work Schedule: M-F 7:00AM -3:30PM, weekends as needed


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to optimize inventory management.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


This position is onsite and does not offer relocation assistance.
