As part of the Inventory Department, the Warehouse Inventory Analyst is responsible for assuring the highest level of accuracy for material handling within the warehouses.

· Daily work for this position includes collaboration with Warehouse department in analyzing, validating, and auditing material movements

· He/she must know process flow and operational sequences, intimate with the material handling and Lot control system.

· He/she is responsible for knowing process flow within SAP environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor all aspects of material movement in PIM Brands Systems.
  • Verify material received in SAP database system
  •  Performs warehouse cycle counting, warehouse location auditing and inventory control practices & procedures to maintain accuracy and assure compliance with SQF audit requirements
  • Performs daily cycle and ad hoc counts, physical inventory counts/ audits as directed.
  • Follow and help enforce PIM Brands GMP, food safety, personal and general safety rules
  •  Correct errors in inventory reporting by applying logic and researching root cause.
  • Work with Quality to ensure accuracy of material and disposition before product ages out.
  • Train new staff as needed, and coach/counsel staff with assistance of the Supervisor
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Performs additional duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in supply chain environment is required.
  • Including completion of a supply chain related internship
  • Inventory control experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • An associate degree in business related major is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge and experience using Excel – filter, sort, format data, create and modify formulas
  • High energy, clear goal orientation, and strong work ethic, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and interact collaboratively with multiple levels of staff
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (read and write). Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, calculus, and their applications
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing
  • Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office

Worksite:  

  • The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is located in Somerset, New Jersey 
  • The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 
  • This position requires working onsite.
