Inventory SupportPosition Summary
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Inventory Support team member to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and inventory are organized, stocked, and ready to support daily installations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a forklift, unloading deliveries, performing quality checks on incoming inventory, preparing installation materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cut rods for daily installation jobs.
  • Keep installer blue bins stocked with the necessary materials.
  • Assist the Inventory Controller with stocking and organizing inventory in the cage.
  • Help ensure installers are loaded and dispatched on time each morning.
  • Unload incoming deliveries and transport all materials to the appropriate Deco or Cage area for prompt inventory check-in.
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming inventory and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Move decorative products and garage flooring to their designated storage areas.
  • Ensure decorative items are prepared and available for service appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to become certified).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics, retail, or a related field.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
