Responsibilities

Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Buzzballs, Titos, VMC, Gallo and many more!

The Driver Check-In Coordinator is responsible for processing delivery drivers at the end of their routes and ensuring all returned product, paperwork, and transactions are verified accurately. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, proper financial reconciliation, and clear communication between delivery, inventory, and warehouse teams

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Perform clerical work and maintain warehouse inventory, including daily reconciliation

  • Count all full goods and raw materials daily using manual methods or a handheld scanner

  • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances

  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory with the SAP system

  • Identify and report close-dated products and handle general clerical duties as needed

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
