Likewize is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join us at our Flower Mound distribution center. This role is the perfect step for someone who's gotten their hands on inventory control work before and is ready for more!

As our Inventory Control Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our reports on track, and daily tasks running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, light data analysis, and being part of a collaborative team, you'll thrive in this role.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation

  • Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, and tracking using Excel

  • Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy

  • Partner closely with the Inventory Supervisor and team members across locations

  • Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • 1+ years in hands-on inventory control experience (even better if it's been in a warehouse environment)

  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools including Excel

  • Strong skills in organization, communication, and attention to detail

  • A selfstarter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team - including a climate-controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines for convenient dining options, and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
