Responsibilities for an Inventory Control Coordinator include but are not limited to: 
  • Receiving, verifying, and processing inbound materials including lot control, documentation, and inventory transactions

  • Picking, packing, and staging outbound orders using FIFO/FEFO while preparing cold-chain shipments (dry ice, gel packs, insulated packaging)

  • Performing inventory control functions including cycle counts, reconciliation, and removal of expired/damaged materials

  • Handling temperature-sensitive and regulated materials in cold storage environments (2–8°C, -20°C) while following safety and compliance procedures


Candidates for Inventory Control Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: 
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience (inventory control, shipping/receiving, order picking)

  • Ability to work in cold storage environments and handle temperature-sensitive products

  • Basic computer skills with experience in inventory systems and RF scanners preferred

  • Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and lift 35–50 lbs repeatedly
