Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Inventory Control Coordinator opportunities in Fremont, CA. This role offers hands-on experience with temperature-controlled products in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities for an Inventory Control Coordinator include but are not limited to: 
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory control and documentation

  • Pick, pack, and stage outbound shipments using FIFO/FEFO methods, including cold-chain packaging (dry ice, gel packs)

  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Handle temperature-sensitive and regulated materials in cold storage environments while following safety and compliance procedures


Candidates for Inventory Control Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: 
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience

  • Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (refrigerated and freezer conditions)

  • Basic computer skills with experience using inventory systems or RF scanners

  • Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and follow written SOPs in a regulated environment
