Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative
Schumacher Automotive

The Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative will be responsible for all dealership sales activities including business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales goals. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the revenue growth strategy for your assigned territory.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Meeting and exceeding all sales objectives including overall revenue, margin, and expense goals
  • Prospecting and generating new leads while also managing existing accounts
  • Developing new customer strategies and increasing performance with existing customers
  • Utilizing promotions, campaigns, trade shows and business contacts to seek out prospective accounts, introduce company and product and analyze prospect's needs
  • Providing competitive feedback on products, pricing, and promotions
  • Preparing all sales quotations and proposals, and closing transactions
  • Provides work orders to service and parts.
  • Coordinates schedule with customer and service for aftermarket installs.
  • Checks back with service daily to make sure we are staying on schedule to support customer's appointments.
  • Communicates customer concerns to the appropriate department manager when needed.
  • Follows up with customers to make sure they have no issues and are completely satisfied.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Sales experience and knowledge of accessories is required.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Must be a self-starter that independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
