We serve cafรฉs, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency across our warehouse operations as we scale.

In this role, youโ€™ll take ownership of inventory integrity and day-to-day warehouse systemsโ€”creating structure, reducing errors, and improving workflows. Youโ€™ll play a critical role in supporting operational growth, with the opportunity for growth into leadership roles

What Youโ€™ll DoInbound Receiving & Put-Away
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Label, log, and stage inbound inventory for accurate put-away.
  • Assign and maintain precise bin locations across all SKUs.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing and suppliers.
Inventory Accuracy & Control
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across the main warehouse and coordinate with 3PL partners.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate discrepancies, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all inventory movements (adjustments, transfers, returns) are accurately recorded.
Warehouse Organization & Optimization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout (bins, shelves, aisles, staging areas).
  • Evaluate and optimize space utilization, bin allocation, and product flow.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to racking, labeling, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Help design scalable systems to support growth in order volume and SKU complexity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate pick locations and efficient order processing.
  • Support manufacturing and refurbishment workflows by staging components and tracking work-in-progress inventory.
  • Collaborate with operations on system updates, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional operational projects as needed

Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving, cycle counting, and inventory management best practices.
  • Experience with WMS/IMS systems; familiarity with Shopify, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing processes end-to-end.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role.
