Inventory Control Coordinator - Dallas, TX (Contract)
About the Role
Join a dynamic team as an Inventory Control Coordinator, supporting laboratory operations at client sites in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced lab environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient supply management, while gaining hands-on experience with integrated lab services.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inventory replenishments and disbursements to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Execute stockroom duties including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts based on customer requirements.
- Manage laboratory support tasks such as glassware processing, biological waste handling, and chemical inventory reconciliation.
- Deliver direct shipment orders to end users and perform timely deliveries as needed.
- Operate handheld scanners and work within computer systems to follow standard operating procedures.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding customer concerns and potential issues.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold service values during all client interactions.
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements while working in varied lab environments.
- Assist with other responsibilities as assigned by management.
