TEAM LEAD INVENTORY CONTROL
REPORTS TO: Store Manager, Assistant Store Director, TL Plus Inventory Control, TL Plus (HR)
BASED AT: Retail Store
JOB SUMMARY
Add value to the company by contributing to the team's effort to exceed sales goals by maintaining an accurate and acceptable level of inventory. Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with all the latest merchandise, assisting customers and team with product knowledge and replenishment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Serve as a member of the Leadership Team in accordance with our core values
  • Perform all regular duties associated with Directorship in a professional manner.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, policies and procedures and assist in educating the staff.
  • Delegate and distribute tasks efficiently to ensure that all employee's primary tasks are customer service and exceeding sales goals.
  • Assist in receiving and sending products, as well as stocking and organizing the backroom and sales floor.
  • Be able to merchandise displays and fixtures in the store to make them appealing to customers.
  • Contributes to team effort by adhering to the company's core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Growth and Development, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.
