The Inventory Control Manager will manage inventory control activities, including a supporting team of Inventory Control Associates.
You will:
  • Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility
  • Manage & engage employees, provide staff development and training
  • Maintain the physical inventory
  • Improve controls
  • Identify operational issues
  • Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy
  • Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system
  • Forecast potential inventory issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies

You have:
  • 3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
