Job description

The Inventory Allocation Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving inventory
  • Allocate inventory to customer orders based on product availability
  • Monitor daily inventory levels and identify potential shortages
  • Coordinate with purchasing and the operations team to resolve inventory availability issues
  • Review open orders and make allocation adjustments
  • Maintain accurate inventory record in FreshByte
  • Generate allocation reports
  • Investigate and resolve inventory issues
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to verify inventory accuracy and order fulfillment requirements

The above reflect main duties but there will be other assigned tasks. The candidate must have experience in the produce industry and an inventory background. This positions start time is between 4am and 6am, please do not apply is the start time is an issue.

Must be able to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday.
