Our client is a managed IT Services leader partnering with businesses in planning, developing, and implementing enterprise-class technology services. Naviga has been retained to help identify a Project Coordinator for Audio Visual (AV) / Device as a Services (DaaS)  to join their team.
Title: Project Coordinator for Audio Visual (AV) / Device as a Services (DaaS) 
Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate technical projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Setup documentation repository for each project. Perform inventory and allocation of product for respective projects
    • Track products for each project. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work with Practice Manager to proactively address as to minimize disruptions and ultimate project success
    • Assist in the scheduling of resources for each project and ensure tasks are delivered to appropriate engineers
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, departments, as well as clients\partners to ensure seamless information flow, timely updates, and efficient coordination.
  • Assist with projects as needed during project implementation and as time permits.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress status reports as well as any other relevant documentation required for project tracking and evaluation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions or process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of proven experience in project coordination or technical support roles, preferably within a technology-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred 
  • Technical aptitude with excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is a plus
