Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week from day1)


Job Description:

  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Strong PMO and Project Governance experience
  • Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Stakeholder management and executive reporting
  • Budget, resource, and financial tracking
  • Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Clarity/MS Project
  • Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • PMP/PMI certification
  • Experience supporting large transformation programs
  • Regulatory or compliance project experience in Banking
