Job Description
Help ensure the safe handling of medicines that support research, healthcare providers, and patients. As a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, document, and store materials in accordance with GMP requirements
  • Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Process drug returns and support sample management activities
  • Restock supplies and remove expired materials
  • Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage support
  • Follow SOPs, complete documentation accurately, and report issues promptly
  • Stay current on required safety and GMP training

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, or
  • Associate's Degree and 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

Work Environment:
  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Use manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Occasional overtime as needed
