What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct weekly physical inventory counts across the warehouse floor, covering 8 product families
  • Maintain organized digital inventory records and update the accounting software (Sage) with accurate inventory data
  • Pull, analyze, and report on inventory analytics and share findings with the President and CFO
  • Support the CFO with product tracking, organization, and ordering flow
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of inventory experience – someone who knows their way around a warehouse and understands cycle counts
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is a must – you’ll be assessed on this as part of the hiring process
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems – experience with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump in and take ownership
  • Accounting experience is a plus
